Obituary - RYERSE, Marcia Faith of Port Dover, passed away at Norfolk General Hospital, on Friday, September 2, 2011, after a long and courageous battle with cancer in her 53rd year. Marcia is survived by nieces and nephews, Marty and Theresa Sovie, Jason Schurr, Kenney Schurr and Daniel Sovie. Great nieces and nephews, Clayton, Slade, and Elwood Sovie, Kaitlin and Kendall Sovie, Brae Lana and Samantha Schurr. She will be lovingly remembered by her many friends, Cindy Bartlett, Sandra Lindsay, Terri McMannis and Larry and Joanne Heslip and co-workers at Stratford Hatchery. Marcia will be sadly missed by the loves of her life (her furry children) Dexter, Tinker, Dawson, Bobby, Barnie and Marley. Predeceased by her parents Clayton and Edith Ryerse and sisters Elaine Tees, Lana Schurr and Linda Sovie. Cremation has taken place. A Service of Remembrance to celebrate Marcia's life will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at 11 am at THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 102 First Ave., Port Dover (519) 583-1530.
