  Bernhard Wiebe was Schulze (mayor) of Neuhorst, Chortitza Colony, South Russia from 1823 to 1847. In the Oct 1816 Census his age is given as 24, which appears to be incorrect. However, in the 1801 Census his age is given as 6 and in the 1808 Census his age is given as 13, suggesting that he was born ca 1795.
