Hoover of Frankling County, PA. Elmira (also written Almira) was considerably younger than John H. Hoover. She did not live long and had departed to meet the Lord before 1871. There was no known issue of this marriage, although she might have died in childbirth. Death before 1871, presumably in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. By that year, 1871 John H.
