I found Bertha on the Michigan Passenger and Crew Lists arriving at Port Huron on January 17, 1918 going to join her husband Roy H. Stamp in Flint, Michigan, and under Border Crossings arriving on January 24, 1918 with Bernice aged 6, Nettie aged 4 and Earl aged 2, destination Flint, Michigan. I suspect Roy is working in Flint though I don't find him there on a census.
