I find Charles Edward Gamble born in Nottawasaga Township, Simcoe County, son of Robert Gamble and Elizabeth Platt, owner of the Norfolk Hotel in 1911, his parents always seem to remain in the Algoma District where some of his siblings are born. Then after Charles' death his widow Hattie owned the Hotel until her death about 1970 and their son Arthur Francis Gamble, born at Port Royal, Walsingham Township, Norfolk County managed the Beverage Room. I don’t find a relationship to the other George Gamble family of Port Dover but there may have been one further back.
