From Rosemary Murphy - Next to Cracker is the house Husseys built Nellie and her brother who were relatives of Cracker, next to that was Sadie Sivlerthorn's house, it actuslly blew up once but was repaired and next to that was the other Silverthorn house, Donald Howell's great grandparents. (St. Anne Street, Port Dover)
From Don Howell - Hazel Silverthorn lived across the street in a little house that sat beside George Cruise's garage. At one time that was a farm and my great great grandfather, Newman Silverthorn owned all the land from the Hussey house all the down to the end including the river but not Coleman's point. I have the deed. Would have to look but I think it is dated 1870
