    • Obituary - KRULL, Alice, (nee Shand) of Port Dover, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of her family, at Dover Cliffs LTC on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in her 97th year. Predeceased by her husband David (1981). Dearly loved mother of Barbara Harrison and Jack Krull both of Port Dover. Cherished grandmother of Richard (Moni), David (Adreanne) and Amanda (Michael), great-grandmother of Ben. Dear sister of Doris Lindsay. Will be fondly remembered by daughter-in-law Theresa. Predeceased by her parents Peter and Isabella Shand, son Jim, son-in-law Darrel, brothers James, John and George and sister Mary Cuerrier. Alice was a lifelong resident of Port Dover, she was a member of Knox Presbyterian Church and former member of the Heather Club. A Service to Celebrate Alice's life will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, (Chapman & St. George Sts.) Port Dover on Monday, September 30, 2013 at 2 pm, followed by interment at Port Dover Cemetery. The Reverend Cathy Kay officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 519-583-1530. For those wishing, donations to Knox Presbyterian Church or a charity of choice would be greatly appreciated.
