  From John Cardiff's Nornet - Died Suddenly The sudden death of Mr. Jacob Glover took place at his house in Windham on Sunday, May 14th. He was seized with a paralytic stroke and died six hours afterwards. Deceased was born in Windham and lived in that township all his life and was a member of the Vanessa Methodist Church. He leaves a wife, one son and two daughters, Hershel of Windham, Mrs. Edward Birdsell of Townsend, and Mrs. Alex. Robinson of Batavia, N.Y. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock, the interment being in Vanessa Cemetery. A large number of friends were present to pay a last tribute to a man who has been held in the high esteem of all.
