In the 1877 Historical Atlas of Brant County, there is still an A. Glover in the North East corner of Lot 1, Concession 14, Burford Township, just west of the Village of Scotland with what looks like a school on his property, on what looks to be the road that cuts north off Highway 24 and goes into Scotland, and directly west of him a John G. Pettit on the North Half of Lot 2, Concession 14
