Beloved husband of Helen Shymkiw Helka for 60 years; dear father of Larry (Wendy) Helka, Mark (Julie) Helka, Todd (Wendy) Helka, Kimberly Hirn, Kelly Kaspor and John (Dawn) Helka; dear brother of Stewart Helka, Kathleen (Paul) Shymkiw; and preceded in death by Lewis Helka, Charlotte Beswarick, Jack Helka and Donna Bond; also cherished by 24 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Helka owned Harvey Helka Construction Company. Funeral Services will be Monday, February 15, 2010, 12:30 p.m. at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford.
