      DAVID WARNOCK SR.
      David Warnock Sr., 70, of Allenby Avenue, died Tuesday in the Brantford General Hospital. He was born in Glasgow, Scotland, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. David Warnock and had been a resident of Brantford since coming to Canada in 1927. Mr. Warnock was a tool-maker with Massey-Ferguson Limited, Verity Plant, for 20 years, retiring two years ago. He was an adherent of Knox Presbyterian Church and a life member of the Ex-Imperial Club. Surviving besides his wife, the former Martha Munro, ar a daughter, Mrs. William (Mary) Mummery, Brantford, two sons, David Jr. and William H., both of Brantford; two sisters, Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth) Robb of Brantford, Mrs. Ina Sinclair of Glasgow, Scotland; a brother, Andrew Warnock of Glasgow; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a sister, Mrs. Margaret McLagen of Scotland and a brother Robert of Scotland. Mr. Warnock is at Thorpe Brothers' Funeral Home for service Friday at 3:30 p.m. Interment will be in Farrington Burial Ground. Rev. W. J. Phillips Rees of Wesley United Church will officiate.
