    • 2006-08-23 - Allan James (Tyke) Cope of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island - COPE - Allan James Cope (Tyke) formerly from Simcoe. Suddenly at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Charlottetown Prince Edward Island after a long illness. James passed away at the age of 74 years. Jim is survived by his children all of the east coast. Beloved companion of Jennifer Girard. Best friends Annette and Melvin Jackman of Prince Edward Island. Loving sisters from Ontario, Marian Ryan, Simcoe, Patricia Smith, Vittoria, and Margaret Dennis, Brantford. Jim was buried on Saturday, August 26, 2006, in Prince Edward Island.

      SMITH Patricia Pearl: Passed away at the Norfolk General Hospital, surrounded by her family on Sunday, December 6, 2009 in her 76th year. Daughter of the late James and Ruby Cope and much beloved wife of the late Harry Smith Jr. (October 29, 2009. Loving mother of Patty Wybyran (Rudy), Betty Stewart (Wayne) all of Simcoe and Randy Parrish of Vittoria. Pat will also be sadly missed by her 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Pat was a sister to 4 brothers and 5 sisters and will be missed by her dear friends: Joe and Georgina and her extended family. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 2 p.m. at THE BALDOCK FUNERAL HOME, 96 Norfolk St. N., Simcoe. Followed by interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
