  OBITUARY - WALSH Frances Ann: At Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe, on Monday, October 6, 2008, Frances Ann Walsh formerly of Vittoria in her 98th year. Wife of the late Leighton McCall Walsh (1983). Dear mother to Gordon Walsh (Carolyn), Vittoria, Duncan Walsh (Sharon), Vittoria, Virginia Cable (Reg), New Brunswick, Elaine Boughner (Brian), Vittoria, John Walsh (Charlene), Vittoria, Jimmy Walsh (Susie), Port Rowan, Margaret Urech, Langton, Nancy Sipley (Bill), Simcoe. Predeceased by children Judy Bradshaw (the late Bill), Madeline Lindsay (the late Jack), Charles Walsh and Donald Walsh. Survived by daughter-in-law Josie Walsh. Dear sister to Roy Foster (Marion), Martin Foster (Rita), Bessie Short. Mrs. Walsh is also survived by 40 grandchildren, 75 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her siblings Allen Foster (the late Fern), Bernard Foster (the late Louise), Edwin Foster (the late Thelma), Hatcher Foster (the late Eleanor) and Rachel Russo (the late George). Mrs. Walsh was a member of St. Andrew’s United Church, Vittoria, the U.C.W. and an honorary member of the Vittoria Women’s Institute. Friends are invited to call at THE FERRIS FUNERAL HOME, 214 Norfolk St. S., Simcoe, on Thursday evening from 7 - 9 p.m., where service will be conducted on Friday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m. Rev.
