Late Registration of Birth - Wilson Robert Allen Irwin, Adopted name Walter Irwin Swick, Date of Birth 28th March 1903, Born Norfolk County, Male, Parents married at Selkirk, Ontario, Full name of Father Robert Irwin, Selkirk, Ontario, Laborer, I, Alice Swick of the Township of Seneca in the County of Haldimand, Married Woman, Do Solemnly Declare that (1) I am the Foster Mother of the person whose name appears in the Official Return of a Birth therein set forth. (2) I have personal knowledge of the matters therein set forth, and the same are true in substance and in fact. That I and my husband adopted the child, Wilson Robert Allen Irwin, when he was four years old, his father having transferred the guardianship of the said child to us, and we gave him the name of Walter Irwin Swick and have raised him since as our own child.
