      This is the last will and Testament of Cynthia Gee of the Township of Rainham in the County of Haldimand in the Province of Ontario of the Dominion of Canada. Wife of Hiram Gee of the same place Yoeman. Formerly Cynthia Fairchild daughter of the late Norah (sic) Fairchild late of the Township of Charlotteville, in the County of Norfolk in the said province now deceased.

      I will and desire that my funeral and Testamentary expenses be paid by my executors as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

      And as to my worldly estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I give and dispose of the same as follows:

      I myself now being 'enciente' I give and devise to my posthumous child at he or she attaining the matured age. All that certain piece or parcel of land. Being composed of the West part of Lot Number Thirteen in the fifth concession of the Township of Charlotteville in the County of Norfolk Containing by Admeasurement, Fifty five acres be the same more or less Better Known as consisting of all the land, I now own off said Lot, which I heired by the death of my Father.

      To receive the same at attaining the said age of Twenty one years of age, after reducting the expenses of his or her lively hood and also the one third of the groth of the said Lot, So long as my Mother Sarah McCall shall live who receives the same by the death of my Father as her annuity. And provided that said child should not attain the age aforementioned

      Then I give and devise the aforementioned real estate as follows (with the aforementioned reserves)
      That is to say: To my Brother James Arther McCall Two fifths of said premises. To my Sister Nancy Elizabeth Smith wife of William Smith one Fifth of said premises, and To my Sister Susan Jane McCall, One fifth of the aforesaid premises, and also to my Sister Martha Ann McCall one Fifth of the undivided part of said lot, as well each one to receive their respective undivided Shares.

      And my Will is further that the real estate should be kept rented and that the legacy heired by Angalette Wood now deceased, heired again by her heirs: be paid by said rent exclusive at the time said heirs attaining the age of Twenty one years.

      And also I authorize and give my undermentioned Executors full power and authority to let or relet said premises and also to collect said rent or rents and hold the same or place the same on Interest until said legacy shall become due, and to pay the same. And I also impower them to sell one or more village Lots off the North West end of said Lot at a fair valuation and if such Sale or Sales be made, the residue of the money to be divided in like shares as aforementioned.

      And I nominate and appoint my Husband Hiram Gee and my trusty and worthy Friend John Urmy to be the Executors fo this my will hereby revoking all Former Wills.

      In Witness whereof I the said Cynthia Gee have hereunto Set my hand and Seal the Twenty third day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Eight.

      I Jose William Holmes of the Township of Rainham in the County of Haldimand Farmer, make oath and say, That my name, place of residence and designation are correctly set forth - That I was personally present and did see Will of which the foregoing writing is a copy herewith produced duly signed and executed by the Testator Cynthie Gee since deceased as and for her last Will and testament at the township of Rainham aforesaid and that (Hiram Gee, Martha McCall and myself respectively) did accordingly subscribe our names as witnesses to the said last will and testament in presence of each other ( ? ? ? ) compared the said foregoing writing with the said last will and that the same is a true and correct copy thereof.
